Pr(AI)yer helps you remember loved ones in prayer, manage reminders, and generate prayer text. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to provide the app, including:

• Account information, such as your name and email address.
• Authentication information, such as a password hash or Google sign-in identifier.
• Prayer-related content you choose to save, such as loved ones, relationships, background notes, prayer focus notes, reminders, and generated-prayer usage.
• Session information used to keep you signed in and protect your account.
• Basic technical information that may be processed by our hosting provider, such as IP address, request timestamps, device/browser information, and error logs.
• Advertising-related information that may be processed by Google Mobile Ads when rewarded ads are loaded or shown in the app.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and secure your account.
• Save and sync your loved ones, prayer notes, and reminder settings.
• Generate prayer text when you ask the app to do so.
• Show rewarded ads and support free access to app features.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app.
• Prevent abuse, protect security, and comply with legal obligations.

Prayer Generation

When you generate a prayer, the notes and context you provide for that request are sent to OpenAI so the prayer text can be created. Do not include sensitive information that you do not want processed for this purpose.

Sharing and Selling

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, database, authentication, advertising, and AI generation providers, or when required for security, legal compliance, or protection of rights.

Advertising

Pr(AI)yer may show rewarded ads through Google Mobile Ads. Google may process device identifiers, ad interaction data, approximate location, and related technical information according to its own privacy practices and your device settings.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the app and for legitimate business, security, and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account information by contacting us.

Your Choices

You can choose what prayer-related content you add to the app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information.

Children

Pr(AI)yer is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
